Women in Sports Summit: Two days of connection, conversation, and empowerment.

The Women in Sports Summit is a two day summit that aims to drive change by centering personal stories, building community, and providing practical tools and resources to empower women and inspire the next generation of female athletes. By uniting industry leaders, athletes, and professionals, the summit creates opportunities for learning, connection, and growth while amplifying the voices and contributions of women in sports. For partners, the event offers strong brand visibility, direct engagement with a growing women’s sports audience, valuable networking opportunities, and a meaningful way to support gender equity and the development of future female leaders.

Day 1 – Leadership Panels feature discussions on women’s leadership in sports and on diversity, inclusivity, and motherhood. The Evolving Role of Women in Sports Leadership is moderated by Emilie Duquette and includes Morgan Young (Brand & Community, Toronto Tempo), Olivia Ho (Founder & CEO, The Give and Grow), Jessica Féquière (Professional Basketball Player), and Marie-Christine Boucher (Senior Director of Team Operations, PWHL). Redefining Women in Sports: Diversity, Inclusivity & Motherhood brings together Nitra Perry (Coach, Author, Mentor), Sag Samimi (Manager of NBA Champion Luguentz Dort), Audrey Ndjave (Nurse & Mindful Parenting Advocate), and Candice Maxis (Chief Officer, Canadian Olympic Committee).

Day 2 – Wellness & Empowerment Workshops focus on growth through Pilates (Move Your Body), financial literacy led by the Scotiabank Women Initiative (Move Your Money), and mental health and mindfulness (Move Your Mind).
